If you think your tires may be part of a manufacturer’s recall, don’t wait to receive a formal notice. To ensure your safety and satisfaction, please contact the closest Mazama Tires dealer.

Find your retailer

In the unlikely event there is a recall, your Mazama dealer will inspect your tires to verify they’re affected. If so, they’ll be replaced with new tire(s), mounted and balanced at no charge.

If your tires are affected by a recall and your Mazama Tires dealer does not replace your tire without charge and within a reasonable amount of time, you may submit written notification to the Secretary of Transportation:

We encourage you to have your tires inspected by an expert any time you notice something that concerns you. Changes in sidewall appearance, hitting road debris or potholes, a different feel when you’re driving or irregular tread wear may mean your tires need immediate attention.
